Some things outlast the relationship: a hoodie, a necklace, a gaming console. HeartFlip is built around a simple idea—give those things a new home, and give their owner a new chapter.

We’re creating a resale marketplace for gifts from your ex, where every listing comes with the breakup backstory. For sellers, it’s a way to clear space. For buyers, it’s a secondhand find with a little more personality.

Good things. Honest stories.

The item still matters. Clear photos, accurate condition details, and honest descriptions belong at the center of every sale. A great story should add context, not hide a flaw.

Catharsis, not callouts

We stand for stories without real names and humor without harassment. Share your experience, but leave out identifying details. Moving on shouldn’t mean making someone else a target.

Starting small

HeartFlip is at the beginning of its story. Shareable story cards, a Red Flag Meter, and a charitable Closure Mode are part of the marketplace vision as we grow. We’ll distinguish what’s available from what’s still on the roadmap.
